Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, hospitality, media, startups, fintech, or community programming.
- Proven ability to manage high-touch experiences involving founders, executives, investors, sponsors, and VIP audiences.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to execute independently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Strong eye for audience experience, hospitality, branding, and event design.
