- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with AI/ML, Product, Engineering, and Medical teams, influencing without direct authority, and working effectively in Agile environments using experimentation and MVP methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and clinical concepts for diverse audiences and connect innovation initiatives to measurable business and operational outcomes.
