Patient Care & Clinic Services Associate #HDC

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate and manage appointment bookings and rescheduling requests
• Attend to patients' enquiries and provide accurate information on clinic services
• Assist with patient screening and basic pre-consultation procedures
• Support referral processes, payment collection, and checkout activities
• Perform administrative and documentation duties to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care and service

Requirements

• N Levels, O Levels, A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
• Available to commence work within a short notice period
• Prior healthcare experience is not required as training will be provided
