Job Description Assist in the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of trade exhibitions and industry events (e.g., set-up,logistics, booth management, and teardown under tight schedules) Design and produce marketing collaterals including banners, wall panels, brochures, product sheets, and digital assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Support digital marketing activities including social media content creation, E-Mail marketing, and campaign materials Liaise with vendors, exhibition organizers internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery Assist in preparing product presentation materials and supporting sales team communications Maintain organized records of marketing assets, vendor contacts, and exhibition inventories
