Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft electrical drawings using AutoCAD, including Single Line Diagrams(SLD).
- Perform electrical system modelling and studies using ETAP.
- Assist in power system analysis such as load flow, short circuit, and protectioncoordination studies.
- Support engineers in design development, documentation, and technical submissions.
- Ensure drawings and system studies comply with project specifications and relevant standards.
- Liaise with project team, consultants, and contractors on design coordination.
- Update and maintain drawing records and revisions.
Requirements
- Recognized diploma / Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore) in power engineering from public university in Malaysia (for Malaysia applicants)
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply / 2- 4 years of relevant experience preferred
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices
- Proficient in AutoCAD for electrical drafting / SLD.
- Familiar with ETAP for electrical system study and modelling.
- QA/QC/IEC quality assurance
- Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Good understanding of electrical distribution systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet project deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
