- Compensation & Workforce Compliance
- Partner with stakeholders to manage compensation strategies that align with organization's pay philosophy.
- Conduct benchmarking and pay reviews; ensure pay practices remain competitive and compliant.
- Support pricing and labor category alignment during proposal development and contract transitions Learning & Professional Development
- Partner with stakeholders to create development plans for key roles and career phases
- Monitor participation and assess the impact of training and certification programs
- People Operations & Analytics
- Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data integrity, and employee documentation management.
- Help prepare for internal and external audits, DCAA reviews, and other compliance inspections.
- Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, IT, Security, and Finance to deliver seamless employee experiences.
- Leverage AI-enabled HR tools and people analytics to improve process efficiency, identify workforce trends, support decision-making, and ensure responsible, compliant use of employee data.
- What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's or SPHR/SHRM-SCP a strong plus).
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years in an employee relations leadership role and 2+ years supporting federal contracts.
- Direct experience supporting business units as a Business Partner.
- Proven compensation experience, especially within the constraints of government contracting (e.g., SCA, exempt/non-exempt labor).
- Strong familiarity with OFCCP, EEO, and labor classification requirements.
- Demonstrated success in building or supporting professional development and training frameworks.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence, strong ethical judgment, and a track record of discretion.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled HR technologies and applying data-driven insights to improve people operations while maintaining compliance, privacy, and ethical standards.
- SALARY RANGE: $92,000 - $125,000
- The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
