ANINE BING is looking for a Shop Manager to join the team at Le Bon Marché in Paris. The Shop Manager is the ultimate ambassador for ANINE BING. This person will lead the in-store business and partner closely with the sales team to drive performance through customer relationship selling, personalized 1:1 service, and strategic brand visibility. The ideal candidate is eager to cultivate and grow customer relationships and loves to work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals. Responsibilities Include: Meet and exceed store sales targets, taking full ownership of the store's commercial performance. Coach, develop, and motivate the team on a daily basis to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive sales performance. Train the team on product knowledge, selling techniques, clienteling, and brand standards to continuously elevate the in-store experience. Lead by example on the floor, actively selling, modeling best-in-class service, and setting the standard for the team. Monitor and manage key performance indicators (conversion, UPT, AOV, clienteling) and implement action plans when needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with Le Bon Marché Floor Managers and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure ANINE BING is highlighted and given visibility during floor sets and key in-store moments. Develop and maintain relationships with Le Bon Marché leadership and executives to advocate for the brand and collaborate on key commercial moments such as events, promotions, and activations. Navigate a dual-reporting or partnership structure, operating with the autonomy of a brand representative while respecting the department store's rules, processes, and culture. Drive brand visibility across the Le Bon Marché ecosystem, proactively identifying opportunities for brand activations, traffic-driving initiatives, and cross-floor collaboration.
