About the role

- Basic Salary $2600 -$3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus - Working location at Pandan Crescent (Jurong East) - Working hours: 8:30am-5:30pm(Monday - Friday) - Excellent Welfare &Benefits - Well Established Logistics Company Job Scope Coordinate and arrange daily delivery schedules. Monitor and update delivery status, ensuring smooth execution of logistics operations. Maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory movements, including stock receiving, storage, and dispatch. Prepare and manage warehouse inbound and outbound documentation. Liaise with customers, transporters, and internal team to coordinate logistics activities. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone calls in a professional and timely manner. Prepare quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and other logistics-related documents when required. Follow up on shipment status and resolve any delivery or operational issues. Support warehouse and operations teams in daily administrative and coordination tasks. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
