Responsibilities
- The Clinical Manager (CM) plans, organizes and oversees daily clinical and administrative operations of designated unit/program or service.
- Prepares staff schedules, requests and allocates resources and facilitates coordination of care/services to meet patient care and operational requirments.
- The CM ensures that patient care is aligned with the goals, mission and vision of MelroseWakefield Healthcare.

Requirements
- EDUCATION:
- BSN required; Master's degree in nursing preferred.
- Professional certification strongly preferred.
- Current Massachusetts state RN license in good standing required.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant healthcare experience required, including progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Current BLS required. Specialty certification is desired. ACLS required for ICU, ED, PACU and Cardiac interventional unit.
- PALS required for ED, PACU, Maternal Child areas.
- Hours: 4 0 hours/week, Day Shift
