Senior Analyst, Transaction Services

About the role

As a Senior Analyst in TS, your primary responsibility is to assist with the delivery of TS engagements on a day-to-day basis by performing detailed financial analysis (i.e. financial due diligence and forecast reviews) and preparing reports/ presentations for senior management and boards. This role will also provide the opportunity to: Interact directly with senior management (C-suite) of our clients Identify negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring Se t a career path with clear and honest visibility around progression Assist with business development and pursuit activities as well as cultivating long-term client relationships Work with junior team members and resolving all project issues prior to Partner review Develop and manage divisional strategic tasks. With a healthy pipeline of transactions, the BDO Perth Deal Advisory team are seeking to appoint a Transaction Services (TS) Senior Analyst to join the team. We are a high performing team having won various awards such as: - Leading Accounting Adviser for IPOs on the ASX in 2025 - A leading Financial Due Diligence provider globally in 2025 - Completed 1,835 deals globally in 2025 of which 25% were cross border. What you'll need to succeed: 2 - 3 years work experience in another leading accounting or advisory firm or investment bank Strong report writing, research, modelling and financial analytical skills.
