Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with business objectives, driving organization-wide performance improvements
  • Lead, mentor, and develop multiple operations teams, ensuring high performance, professional growth, and succession planning
  • Design and implement large-scale process improvements, leveraging advanced methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and digital transformation
  • Partner with C-suite executives, department heads, and external stakeholders to align operational initiatives with strategic business goals
  • Establish comprehensive performance measurement systems, analyze complex operational data, and drive data-driven decision making
  • Oversee operational budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective delivery of operational objectives
  • Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Lead technology implementations, system optimizations, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational capabilities
  • Champion organizational change initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure smooth transitions during operational transformations

Requirements

  • Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive operations management experience with team leadership responsibilities
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale operational transformations and strategic initiatives
  • Advanced knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) with certification preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in advanced data analysis and business intelligence tools
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex budgets and resource allocation across multiple departments
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills with experience managing managers and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with ERP systems, project management tools, and business process automation platforms
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Operations, or related field
  • Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or other relevant professional certifications
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies
  • Background in change management and organizational development
  • Industry-specific operational expertise in manufacturing, technology, healthcare, or financial services
