Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy design for platform/category-level campaigns, with GMV growth and efficiency as primary goals

  • Data Analysis & Optimization
  • Build and own campaign KPI framework (GMV, ROI, CVR, subsidy efficiency, etc.)
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify key drivers and bottlenecks
  • Establish post-campaign review mechanisms and continuously refine strategy playbooks
  • Cross-functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, Category, and Commercial teams to drive execution
  • Align stakeholders and ensure smooth delivery of campaign strategy
  • Drive the development of campaign-related tools and platform capabilities

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth strategy, or campaign strategy
  • Strong data-driven mindset; ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics (GMV, ROI, CVR, etc.) and growth mechanics
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proven experience in leading or designing campaigns
  • Experience in budget planning and resource allocation, with the ability to balance multiple objectives
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
