About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS DPERTMENT of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS COMMAND. Serves as Senior Program Analyst Supervisor and provides support for all Navy Housing Programs. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide advisory service to management and staff on federal policies, statutes, procedures and requirements related to the Housing Program; 2) Evaluates and advises on organization structures, methods and procedures; 3) Perform budget, financial and resource analysis; 4) Prepare and present information, position papers, congressional testimony, hearing statements, briefing statements, verbal reports, and other correspondence to higher authority; and 5) Provide immediate supervisory oversight and assigns work, identifies developmental training needs, develop performance plans, rate employees and take disciplinary action for a housing support staff.
