Responsibilities
- Committee Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate quarterly retirement plan committee meetings, aligning advisor, client, and vendor calendars

- Ensure accuracy of client contact information, plan details, meeting notes, and activity logs
- Client & Vendor Communications
- Serve as a proactive point of contact for clients on routine service requests, meeting logistics , and follow-up items
- Coordinate with plan recordkeepers and investment vendors to obtain data, resolve service issues, and assist plan changes
- Draft and send professional client communications including meeting confirmations, action item summaries, and service updates
- Support the advisory team with internal partner coordination across compliance, operations, and other HUB service lines
- Qualifications & Experience
- Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Professional interpersonal skills and comfort communicating with clients and vendors by phone and email
- Self-starter who can problem-solve and work independently with limited oversight
- Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support team goals and various projects

- 1+ year of experience in financial services, insurance, employee benefits, or a related field
