- Core Experience
- 5+ years of successful sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably within Critical Power, UPS, electrical infrastructure, telecom, HVAC, generator services, or related technical industries.
- Proven track record of generating new business, growing revenue, and closing complex sales opportunities.
- Experience developing and presenting customer proposals, RFP responses, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Strong ability to communicate company value propositions clearly and effectively through written, verbal, and presentation-based communication.
- Demonstrated success working within cross-functional and multi-division environments while partnering with executives, operations teams, finance, and technical subject matter experts.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage customer discussions through contract closure.
- Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into strategic service solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, charismatic, and proactive professional with strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment while collaborating across multiple time zones.
