  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external providers
  • Act as a key liaison across departments including Finance, Procurement, Health Centre, and Operations
  • Support budgeting processes and monitor programme costs and payments
  • Ensure clear, timely, and engaging communication for all programmes
  • Manage queries and feedback professionally and proactively
  • Contribute to the wider life of the College and champion the values of Learning Beyond the Classroom

  • Proven experience in administration, programme coordination, or events management
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident working with diverse stakeholders across an international context
  • High level of IT proficiency (Microsoft Office and database systems)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
  • Experience in education, outdoor education, or international programmes would be an advantage
