We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations across both our B2B and B2C businesses. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability, driving operational efficiency, managing logistics and supplier performance, and supporting continued business growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for inventory management, warehousing, fleet operations, procurement, premises management and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple locations. Responsibilities: Lead and optimize inventory management across multiple sites, ensuring high product availability and effective working capital management. Drive demand planning and forecasting in line with business requirements and customer demand. Manage warehouse and depot operations, ensuring efficient, safe and consistent processes across all locations. Oversee the company fleet, including vehicle lifecycle management, compliance, utilization and cost control. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, service levels and lead times. Manage premises and facilities to ensure safe, compliant and fit-for-purpose operations. Identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency, digitalization and operational excellence. Develop KPI reporting and use operational data to support decision-making and performance improvement. Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance and Customer Care teams to support service delivery and business objectives. Champion a strong health and safety culture across warehouses, premises and fleet operations. Proven experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations leadership role with responsibility for multiple sites. Strong experience in inventory management, warehousing and supply chain optimization. Fleet management experience is highly desirable. Strong commercial and financial awareness, with experience balancing cost, service and operational performance. Experience managing suppliers, contracts and third-party service providers. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability and deliver change. A hands-on approach combined with strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
