Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with product enquiries.
• Promote health supplements and wellness products, providing suitable product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Support promotional and marketing activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable travelling to different locations across Singapore as required.
• Interest in healthcare products, wellness, and retail sales.
