About the role

The WFM Solution Architect provides end-to-end solution architecture for Workforce Management capabilities across the HR Digital Platform, including Workday Time & Absence, labor scheduling, payroll integrations, and downstream systems. Requirements

  • Large-scale HR transformations or platform modernization programs
  • Unionized labor exposure and complex time rules
  • Experience supporting acquisitions/divestitures or large workforce changes
  • Prior Solution Architect or Technical Architect experience in HR or Payroll domains; comfortable operating in fast-changing environments and creating clarity out of ambiguity.
