Strong experience in demand and supply planning, inventory management, and financial alignment Hands-on experience managing S&OP/S&OE cycles and driving consensus planning across cross-functional teams Solid knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Merchandising, and S&OP processes Familiarity with planning methodologies and frameworks (e.g., APICS) and retail/e-commerce environments is a plus Strong understanding of key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, OTIF, fill rate, and inventory performance Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP/APO) and advanced data analysis skills (Excel or similar tools) Ability to translate data into actionable insights to support business decision-making Highly analytical and s trong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
