We're looking for a detail-oriented Clinical Center Associate I to keep our Physical Therapy department running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face and steady hand behind the scenes-answering calls, assisting patients and visitors, managing clinic schedules, and accurately recording physician orders. You'll help guide patients through their visits, handle co-pay collections with care and professionalism, and collaborate closely with a supportive care team. Working in a confidential, supervised setting, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service, seamless operations, and a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This position is temporary, full time, non-benefited.

Requirements

• Required Education and Experience
• Medical Office Assistant Associate's degree; or
• Associate's degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or
• High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma, completion of an Roswell Park-approved Medical Assistant certificate program and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or
• High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or
• High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in customer service and successful completion of a Clinical Center Associate traineeship at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (Roswell Park).
