Trade & Commercial Performance Monitor and analyze trade performance against budget, forecast, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Track service utilization, cargo mix, yield, and revenue performance across assigned trade lanes. Monitor vessel space allocation and equipment utilization to support optimal cargo mix, service performance, and revenue generation. Identify opportunities to improve vessel utilization, contribution margins, and overall service profitability. Monitor Budget vs. Actual and Year-on-Year (YoY) performance, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities. Pricing & Revenue Management Manage and respond to pricing requests and quotation approvals within established turnaround times. Support the execution of pricing strategies to maximize revenue, yield, and market competitiveness. Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, tariff structures, and commercial policies. Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and freight rate movements to support pricing decisions. Trade Development &Market Intelligence Liaise closely with overseas agents, regional offices, and internal stakeholders to support trade growth initiatives. Gather and analyze market intelligence, customer trends, and competitive information to identify business opportunities. Support the development and implementation of trade campaigns, service promotions, and revenue enhancement initiatives. Planning & Reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities for assigned trades and services. Prepare regular trade performance reports, utilization analyses, and commercial recommendations for management review. Contribute to service reviews and strategic initiatives aimed at improving network performance and profitability.
