Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently while supporting existing clients and acquiring new accounts
• Conduct product trainings and demonstrations to engage customers and enhance product understanding
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve profitability
• Drive brand awareness through targeted marketing activities and customer outreach
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed customer support
• Actively contribute to sales and marketing efforts to meet and exceed performance targets
• Required competencies and certifications
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Experience selling products to the Medical Laboratory / Bioscience field in Singapore is an added advantage .
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective customer interactions
• Proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships that support sales growth
• Demonstrated sales drive with a focus on achieving targets and business results
