You will regularly analyze sales forecasts against delivery capacity to ensure we meet long-term stock and process needs. This includes owning the capacity planning metrics and working closely with teams to implement new solutions that support efficient and reliable operational scaling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from engineering departments of reputable universities (preferably industrial engineering),
  • Min 1-3 years experience,
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel / GSheets, knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, Excel VBA is a plus,
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eagerness to learn,
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels,
  • Ability to co-operate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Capable of quickly understanding various operational metrics and processes, and how they interact,
  • Experience in planning, operations or reporting is a plus.
