Roles and Responsibilities:- Human Resource Report to Admin & HR Manager Full spectrum of HR duties Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, termination etc. Work pass application, renewal, cancellation, repatriation Arranging training for staff CPF Contribution Foreign workers' accommodation and related activities Generating payroll, gathering data & calculating OT Year-end IRAS submission Updating & Maintenance of Personnel Files Admin Licence & certifications monitoring and renewal Company's ISO Systems, including documentation, maintenance, attending to external audits Working with banks, company secretary, accountant on corporate issues Ensure company Insurance is valid - new/renewal Vehicle management, including vehicle insurance and roadtax renewal Support Project Teams in sourcing & issuing of Purchase Orders. Shipping, logistics arrangements. Prepare Invoice to clients, Payment to suppliers, GST returns Any ad-hoc activities by Admin & HR Manager, from time to time. Requirement '0" Level/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent Minimum 1 year experience Good understanding of HR practices including Employment Act Good organisational skills with ability to carry out analytical and coordination work Good working attitude & self-driven Good communication skills (written & verbal) and able to interact with people at all levels Familiar with Microsoft Office, HR System (infotech), Accounting System (Quickbooks) Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Workplace in Bukit Batok 5-day work week
