- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all prospect and customer activity in CRM systems.
- Manage expenses responsibly in alignment with budgetary expectations.
- Represent Novo professionally and consistently in all internal and external interactions.

- Required / Preferred Experience
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the local healthcare market.
- Proven track record as a hunter , closing complex service-based contracts.

- Prior participation in a formal, structured sales training program is highly preferred.
