As Trade Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that promote Yepoda within the retail and B2B environment, with a strong focus on Sephora. Your role is to ensure strong brand visibility, commercial performance, and consistent execution across all retailer touchpoints. Your Tasks Own and drive trade marketing strategy with a strong focus on Sephora across Europe Develop and execute launch plans, retail activations, and promotional strategies that ensure standout presence in store and online Work closely with Key Account Managers to develop and implement retailer specific campaigns and activation plans Partner with our in house Creative team on in store displays, VM guidelines, POS materials, and retail storytelling Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all retail touchpoints Support sell in and sell through by equipping sales teams with tools, materials, and commercial arguments Assist in product training and education for retail staff to elevate brand knowledge and advocacy Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation Track, report, and optimise trade marketing performance, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with commercial KPIs Your Profile Proven experience working with Sephora in Europe in a trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation capacity Experience with Sephora US is a strong plus Strong understanding of Sephora's retail model, activation mechanics, VM requirements, promotional calendar, and commercial KPIs Background in trade marketing, brand management, or retail marketing within beauty or lifestyle brands Experience managing retailer relationships and close collaboration with Key Account Managers and sales teams Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple retail timelines simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Impeccable attention to detail and high execution standards Patient, diplomatic, and professional in external retail relationships Ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment Fluent in English; French is a strong plus. Additional languages are a plus
