About the role

Safety Program Development and Implementation Develop, implement, and enforce safety programs and policies tailored to IT infrastructure construction projects. Proactively identify opportunities to improve safety practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Education : Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety management, preferably within IT infrastructure projects. Familiarity with safety challenges specific to data center and IT infrastructure construction. Skills : Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively train teams and address safety concerns.
