- Omnichannel Selling: Leverage social media (e.g., LinkedIn), digital platforms, video conferencing, chat, and phone to effectively reach, sell to, and manage your prospect base.
Requirements
- We are looking for an achievement-driven, tech-savvy sales professional who combines a "hunter" mentality with the ability to build genuine, long-term partnerships typical of the Australian business culture.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience, specifically selling technology or software into the Australian SMB space.
- Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of cloud computing technologies, IT business drivers, and emerging trends (including AI). The capacity to learn quickly and retain knowledge about complex software solutions to effectively advise IT decision-makers.
- Sales Strategy: A proven track record of recognizing the distinct stages in a prospect's buying cycle and nurturing an opportunity from initial discovery through to a successful close.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to handle objections, navigate roadblocks, and negotiate effectively with a direct, transparent, and collaborative approach.
