About the role
Job Purpose The purpose of Customer Service Officer is to process order and co-ordinate operations within the Company. The department is a link between Sales to operations. Customer Service Officer is to execute timely completion of orders and delivered to customers. Duties and responsibilities * Attend to telephone and email sales inquiries for all range of product in Tat Lee Engineering. * Require basic desk research to support business development activities, collate and circulation of industry/product information * Processing of Sales quotation, Sales Order to Delivery Orders, to ensure all processing are on time * Require to review contracts (e.g. Sales Agreement, Sales Blanket Order, Customer's Purchase Order * Liaise with freight forwarders on incoming and outgoing shipment * Attend to walk-in customers * Follow up on status of Sales quotation and Sales Orders * Coordinate with in-house operation team for manufacture and delivery schedule * Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested * Maintain office files and records * To assist Finance department to follow up payment with customers * Generate necessary sales reports for reporting to Indoor Sales Manager. * Ad-hoc tasks pertaining to job role and business needs will be reviewed and may be assigned accordingly by the HOD Qualifications / Requirements * Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma of Logistic Management or Diploma of Supply Chain Management or equivalent * Microsoft Office (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power-point) * SAP knowledge will be an advantage * Able to work in fast pace environment * Possess good communication and business writing skills * Service oriented
