This individual must have proven experience working closely with end users to design and configure solutions that support business goals, demonstrating solid analytical skills, and communicating effectively with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your role. Support core HR functionality across HR systems, with an initial focus on Workday Absence and other HR systems. Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday business processes and related components, while also supporting other HR technology solutions as needed. Expand knowledge and capabilities by supporting additional HR systems, Workday modules, and integrated solutions over time. Collaborate closely with HRIS team members who may lead specific modules or initiatives, contributing to shared goals and cross-system efforts. Act as a consultative partner to HR functional teams, providing guidance on system capabilities, data, and best practices. Maintain and manage HR system data, including master data values, ensuring accuracy and integrity across platforms. Partner with the HR centralized operations team to support day-to-day process execution, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational efficiency. Test, validate, and implement system changes and enhancements to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. Meet expected business performance goals by providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to support initiatives as appropriate. Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to enhance understanding of HR systems, processes, and policies. Your qualifications. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources required. Two or more years of experience supporting or administering HR systems, including implementation, maintenance, upgrades, testing, front and back-end processing, and reporting required. Workday experience is preferred but not required. Experience supporting Core HR, Absence, Benefits, or related HR processes. Experience with HR system reporting or data analysis is preferred. Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management. Strong verbal and written communication skills to partner effectively with HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess the end user needs and situation. Strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects. Ability to utilize typical business software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. What makes us different?
