About the role

As the AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate workflows and support business growth. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for AI adoption and deliver end-to-end AI projects, from proof of concept through deployment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building practical AI applications and thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI-powered applications and workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Build and implement AI agents to automate business processes and improve productivity
• Develop solutions for workflow automation, quality assurance and information management
• Support digital marketing initiatives through AI-enabled campaign execution and optimisation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise AI opportunities across the business
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing products, tools and business processes
• Evaluate AI outputs, optimise prompts and continuously improve system performance
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, platforms and best practices
• About you
• 5+ years of software development, AI engineering or related experience
• Hands-on experience building and deploying applications using LLMs (Claude)
• Experience working with AI agent frameworks and AI workflow automation tools
• Experience integrating APIs and building automation solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
