Provide timely management reports, financial insights, and business recommendations. Partner with business leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making. Conduct profitability, cost, productivity, and investment analyses. Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend action plans. Track key business and financial performance indicators (KPIs). Support business case development for new initiatives, contracts, and investments. Drive continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and performance management processes. Coordinate planning activities with regional and global finance teams. Owndata upload and submission into the Consolidation Financial Management System You have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline. Professional finance qualification is an advantage. 5+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering experience. Experience supporting senior management in a multinational environment preferred. Advanced MS Excel capabilities (financial modeling, complex lookups, pivot tables). Experience with ERPs (SAP, OneStream) or BI reporting tools is highly regarded Knowledge of rail business is a plus (rolling stocks and signaling systems) Exceptional stakeholder communication, strong commercial acumen, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
