Job Title Studio Tech Job Description I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives. People Inc. Content Studios is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Video Studio Technician to support all video studio productions across our brands. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth studio operations, from equipment preparation and maintenance to on-set technical support. This position is responsible for maintaining the video EQ room and video studios as well as organizing prop rooms and green rooms on occasion. The ideal candidate is a highly organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. This is a fully onsite position requiring daily physical presence in the studio. Must have the ability to stand for extended periods and the capability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. Full in office- In-office Expectations: This position is a fully in-office role due to the nature of the work being done. II. Essential Job Functions Weight %: Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results - 35%: Provide technical support for all video studio shoots. Maintain and organize the video equipment room. - 35%: Prepare and manage equipment lists for upcoming productions. Track all equipment check-in/check-out and ensure proper handling. - 25%: Ensure studio spaces, including prop and equipment areas, remain clean and organized. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of video and lighting equipment. - 5%: Support productions outside of standard operating hours as needed. III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered. Education: Associates, BS, BFA, or BA visual arts/communications/film degree or similar, or significant experience in a professional studio environment
