About the role

About You Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in software engineering, database report writing, or technical solution development. 7-10+ years of experience within computer technology, technical services, or related fields. Experience working directly with customers in a technical consulting or support capacity. Ability to define business requirements and translate them into creative, scalable technical solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage highly complex issues independently. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to advise both technical and executive audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build trusted client relationships. Experience with Linux and/or Windows administration (preferred). Customer support experience (preferred). Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
