Responsibilities
- As an Underwriting Support Specialist, you will be responsible for specific territories utilizing your talents to:
- -Serves as primary point of contact and resource for designated producer(s), customers, and/or agents within the territory. Responds to email and phone inquiries and requests from internal and external parties and effectively explains plan details and/or processing requirements.
- -Provides general administrative support, which may include, but is not limited to, participating in system upgrades, process improvement projects, and/or quality audits, and assisting with onboarding new associates on the team. May provide direction to other teams.

- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Working knowledge of PC software applications
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
