Introduction Sourcing & Pipeline Building Research and identify candidates through platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, 51job, Boss直聘, university portals). Draft and post job ads; maintain a healthy candidate pipeline. Screening & Coordination Conduct initial CV screening against role requirements.
