Location: Remote , NorCal (Sacramento/San Leandro area) , up to 75% travel Active Registered Nurse License Required Role Scope : The Regional Training Lead will support the onboarding and training of Habitat team members on-site at PACE Centers. This role works as an extension of the L&D central hub, supporting and providing oversight of all practicum and shadowing activities of all roles at the Center. The Regional Training Lead will be responsible for conducting competency reviews and signoffs for team members to clear them to work with participants independently. This role will partner closely with the centralized L&D team members to deliver high-quality in-person experiences aligned to Habitat's purpose and capabilities. The Regional Training Lead will also be supported to ensure they have the skills and tools necessary to be an effective facilitator of learning material. Core Responsibilities & Expectations for the Role Field based owner of training fidelity within the assigned region. Supports the on-site learning experience for Center team members, within the Centers of the assigned region. Manages the practicum and shadowing assignments and logistics within the Centers for new team members. Collaborates with Center leadership to oversee the completion of competency signoffs for the necessary roles in the Center. Performs scheduled visits to all assigned centers in the region supporting leaders and Center Champions with ongoing learning needs. Partners with L&D central hub to design and coordinate on site learning opportunities that support role readiness and capability development. Works with SMEs, Center Leaders, and People Team partners to ensure learning programs meet business needs and reinforce Habitat's culture and capabilities. Required Qualifications: Unrestricted RN license within the required region/state, compact license a plus. 3-5+ years of experience teaching or training in the field. Demonstrated experience in facilitation and communication skills. Experience delivering learning programs. Ability to coach others, including leaders, using structured frameworks. Strong relationship ‑ building and stakeholder management skills.
