JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Team Building Training Course Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Team Building Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector. This role focusses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) ', located in Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid - On/Off Client Site and Virtual. Delivering team-building learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The Team Building Training program is designed to strengthen collaboration, trust, communication, and collective performance within teams operating in complex organizational environments. Participants learn practical methods to leverage individual strengths, foster accountability, enhance workplace relationships, and build cohesive teams that support mission accomplishment.
