Responsibilities

- Partner with Information Security and Compliance teams to conduct periodic platform audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability remediations.
- Use analytics and customer feedback to drive improvements in end user experience and service reliability.
- Champion user-centric design principles and ensure services meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards.
- Implement robust change management, version control, and release management processes.
- Drive automation and self-service capabilities to reduce friction in daily user workflows.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM or GRC).
- ITIL v4 certification or similar service management credentials.
