We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our fast-growing Card / Payment Business Expansion team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end commercial operational processes of our card programs in various regions, ensuring smooth vendor management, accurate financial reconciliation, and efficient capital injection operations. You will work closely with user operations, legal, compliance, treasury, and external partners to drive operational excellence and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Invoice Reconciliation & Payment Management:
  • Manage end-to-end invoice reconciliation and payment requests for vendors or external partners for the card business.
  • Verify invoices against contracts and transactional data to identify discrepancies, mischarges, and revenue opportunities.
  • Follow up with vendors to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Support documentation and cost allocation processes.
  • Payment Network & Key Vendor Interaction:
  • Manage day-to-day interaction with Visa and Mastercard, including working in Mastercard Connect and the equivalent Visa programme management portals
  • Open, track, and manage projects and cases with payment networks in connection with product launches, BIN configurations, programme amendments, and scheme compliance mandates
  • Prepare and submit change requests to BIN sponsors and card processors for changes and additions to card programme functionality (new features, transaction controls, velocity limits, 3DS settings, tokenisation, etc.)
  • Coordinate responses to payment network RFIs, mandates, and periodic programme assessments; track deadlines and manage internal sign-off
  • Manage the working relationship with the card personalisation (perso) vendor; oversee card stock ordering, lead time planning, and delivery coordination across regions
  • Liaise with the perso vendor on new card designs, carrier artwork, and fulfilment requirements
  • Track and reconcile perso and card stock costs against programme budgets
  • Vendor Onboarding & Agreement Management:
  • Lead KYB and vendor onboarding processes for Bybit card entities.
  • Assist in preparing financial projections and business cases for vendor partnerships.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial terms in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  • Manage contract lifecycle from screening through internal approval and execution.
  • Operational Support & Process Improvement:
  • Assist senior team members with card program operations, including Mastercard Connect and Visa systems.
  • Develop and document SOPs to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and cross-functional projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in card operations, payment processing, fintech, or financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of card payment systems, interchange fees, billing logic, and vendor management.
  • Experience with Mastercard Connect and/or Visa systems is a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and financial reconciliation tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) are a plus.
