Analog Devices (ADI) is seeking a Sanctions Screening Systems Analyst to assist in maintaining the policies, procedures, and governance frameworks that support the company's global partner screening due diligence and risk-based approval processes. This role serves as a technical and analytics-enabled resource supporting screening operations and system performance, leveraging screening tools, Power BI reporting, and emerging AI capabilities to monitor trends, improve decision quality, and support escalation workflows involving higher-risk transactions. This position reports to the Global Government Affairs and Trade group and partners with Purchasing, the Channel Sales Group, IT, and Data Analytics to deliver consistent, scalable screening decisions and data-driven insights aligned with end-user screening, sanctions compliance, and grey-market mitigation requirements, translating trend signals into recommendations for process, controls, and tool optimization.
