- What you Need to be Successful
- Minimum Requirements for the Enterprise Solutions Programs Partner Staff III:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
- Five or more years of relevant experience in project or portfolio management, business analysis, direct customer relations, or a related role
- Knowledge of organizational management standards, principles, and concepts with the ability to provide solutions to projects across IT, security, data / AI, cybersecurity, and safety
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile) and tools.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 10-25% of the time
- In addition to the requirement above, the minimum requirements for the Enterprise Solutions Programs Partner Staff IV are:
- Eight or more years of total relevant experience in project or portfolio management, business analysis, direct customer relations, or a related role
- Professional management certification (i.e. Business Relationship Management, IT Infrastructure Library, IT Service Management, etc.) or an ability to gain certification within 180 days of start
