About the role

### Your Tasks - Coordination of all project proposals (RFI/RFQ) from the sales department - Bundling of all requirements with the aim of mapping them in as few development projects as possible by influencing or modifying company platforms - Determination of legal and regulatory requirements - Determination of customer-specific requirements - Permanent overview of the entire product portfolio - Systematic identification of trends that could affect our company, participation in relevant external events to compare trends - Proposal of product ideas in joint small innovation workshops with relevant process partners, internal and external - Product support of sales and conception of trainings for new product launches - Strategic orientation despite niche supplier towards broadly usable platforms ### Your Profile - Completed technical professional or university studies - At least 5 years of professional and industry experience (automotive) - High level of organizational talent - Confident appearance - Excellent communication skills and Business fluent English, German or Frensh are of advantage - Strong sense of responsibility - Negotiation skills and Assertiveness ### We Offer - Accident insurance (private and professional) - 30 Vacation days per year - Training and continuing education - Company cell phone - Company laptop - Company doctor - Friendly and trustful colleagues - Flexible working hours - Individual training - Good traffic connections - Employee events - Mobile working - Parking lot
