Responsibilities
- Administer in-office reception duties, including answering calls and welcoming office visitors
- Coordinate a variety of office assistant functions, including meeting prep, office organization, and catering orders
- Manage inbound and outbound mail
- Provide in-house printing administrative support, including administering and completing print projects that require printing, collating, and mailing logistics
- Coordinate office supply and furniture orders and anticipate supply needs to ensure the office is properly stocked
- Liaison with vendors (including phone, internet, recycling, and printer vendors), as needed
- Assist with equipment inventory
- Maintain and coordinate parking passes, keys, etc. to ensure staff have necessary access to office
- Other duties as determined by agency leadership
