Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership - Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with workforce needs and organizational objectives.

  • Work Pass & Immigration Management - Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related compliance matters.
  • HR Data & Analytics - Generate workforce insights and HR reports to support business decision-making, while maintaining data integrity in Workday.
  • HR Projects & Collaboration - Support HR transformation initiatives, process improvements, and cross-team collaboration (Payroll, L&D) to deliver a seamless employee experience
