Aesthetic Clinic Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-person and online tele-consultations
• Follow up with leads and enquiries in real time
• Assess client concerns and recommend suitable treatment plans
• Explain procedures, outcomes, risks, and aftercare clearly
• Convert consultations into treatments and packages ethically
• Manage high-value and repeat clients
• Coordinate treatments with doctors and therapists
• Ensure accurate documentation and informed consent
• Handle client feedback and escalations professionally
• Support on-site staff including therapist and doctors

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in aesthetic clinic or medi-spa
• Very Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare
• Proven sales and conversion ability
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Excellent client care
• KPIs
• Revenue and sales target achievement
• Conversion rate
• Average transaction value
• Client retention and satisfaction
• Strong Sales experience are welcome to apply

Experienced Clinic Consultant - Aesthetic Clinic (Marine Parade) Role Summary Responsible for conducting high-quality aesthetic consultations, converting treatment plans ethically, and managing long-term client relationships while supporting clinic revenue and service standards. Salary from $3500-$6000. 5.5 Work day per week Weekdays 11am to 8pm Weekends (Saturday) 10am to 6pm
