About the role

- Handle and protect confidential materials with discretion.
- Operate two-way radios, four-wheel drive vehicles, and emergency medical equipment.

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 6-12 months of relevant experience with proven competency.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- First Aid certification is preferred.
- Comfortable using computers; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Ability to learn and use job-specific software and equipment.
- Capable of operating office equipment including computers, copiers, phones, and two-way radios.
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Able to maintain accuracy and focus despite frequent interruptions.
- WORK SCHEDULE
- Swing shift: 4:00 PM to Midnight
- WORKING CONDITIONS
- May be required to stay overnight during road closures.
- Exposure to stressful situations involving public interaction, winter conditions, and emergency response.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive motion.
- Extended periods of sitting and standing.
- Outdoor work in cold and extreme weather conditions.
