About the role

Zscaler is looking for a Senior LMS Administrator to join our Training Operations team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our learning management ecosystems, directly managing and optimizing both Skilljar and Cornerstone . This isn't just a maintenance role-you will actively own user access, course creation, content management, and complex system integrations, with a heavy emphasis on leveraging your deep Cornerstone implementation experience to build curriculums and events aligned with our rapid business growth. Beyond core administration, you will serve as a technical anchor for our users-troubleshooting issues within team SLAs, building out robust operations documentation, and handling customer tickets. What You'll Do (Role Expectations) LMS Administration: Fully manage and administer Skilljar and Cornerstone LMS platforms. Oversee user access, course creation, content management, and system configurations. Use your implementation expertise to build scalable curriculums and events. Systems Administration: Drive end-to-end system integrations, monitor platform health, and ensure seamless continuity across our learning tools ecosystem. Handle Customer Tickets: Provide tier-2/tier-3 technical support to users. Troubleshoot complex system-related issues and resolve platform bottlenecks strictly within defined team SLAs. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams, trainers, and business leaders to translate overarching program management goals into functional LMS workflows. Developing & Maintaining Operations Processes: Build and maintain clear documentation, tutorials, and user guides to enable the operations team. Standardize maintenance processes for new customers, partners, and training academies to expand our global reach and drive certifications. What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications) 5+ years of experience as an LMS Administrator with a heavy, verified focus on Cornerstone , alongside experience configuring a variety of other LMS platforms (such as Skilljar). Demonstrated experience with Cornerstone implementation , including building custom events and curriculums from the ground up.
