Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee valuation assignments, feasibility studies, and consulting projects with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Support the development of Colliers' valuation services and contribute to fee generation

- Strong industry network in Hong Kong/China
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented with strong report writing and analytical skills
- Committed to mentoring and developing junior staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
